Flat-faced and senior pets

Flat-faced breeds need a BOAS assessment before most airlines will carry them, and we work with a partner clinic able to issue one. Senior pets get a fit-to-fly exam. A trip judged unsafe does not fly.

Our story

“One-Touch” Pet Relocation Service

Daniel Pham, founder of Daisy Pet Transport

“I founded Daisy Pet Transport with a single conviction: Moving a pet shouldn’t be a source of anxiety. It should be a journey of trust. We don’t ship ‘cargo’; we relocate family members.”

Before

Daisy Pet Transport was established to address the critical fragmentation of the pet relocation industry in Vietnam. For too long, pet owners had to navigate a maze of disconnected services—from airlines and customs to veterinary clinics and international agents.

  • Airline
  • Customs
  • Vet
  • Agent
We changed that.

By operating as a centralized hub, we bring every moving part into one coordinated, “one-touch” system. You work with a single point of contact; we take full responsibility for the entire journey, ensuring your pet’s safety through every border and regulation.

1One point of contact
  1. 2020

    First relocation

It began with our founder’s own pet, and how worrying that first move was to arrange.

  2. 2021 – 2023

    Helping friends

Next, Daniel helped friends move their pets from Vietnam to Europe and the United States.

  3. March 2023

    Company registered

Daisy Pet Transport Co., Ltd is formally registered to serve clients in Vietnam.

  4. 2024

    Vet partnership

Health and fit-to-fly checks move to Belwee International Animal Hospital, Go Vap.

  5. September 2026

    New office

We move to B66 Bach Dang, near Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), to support clients faster.

The Daisy Pet Standard

What We Say, and What We Do Not

Four things worth stating plainly: the questions owners are usually too polite to ask.

We do not promise. We contract.

No one can honestly guarantee a live animal shipment. What we can do is put in writing what we will deliver, by when, what happens if we fail, and who bears which cost. Every engagement is a signed agreement with a VAT invoice. A promise made in a chat message is not a commitment.

We name the risk, including the worst one.

Flying is not risk-free for an animal, and we will say so before you book rather than after something happens. Where a risk can be reduced, we reduce it: in summer, departures move to night hours to keep crates off a hot tarmac. Where it cannot be removed, such as an airline embargo or a border decision, we tell you that instead of guaranteeing an outcome.

If it does not meet the standard, we decline.

If a pet and its paperwork meet the requirements, we move them. If they do not, we decline. Every health certificate and permit is checked against the issuing authority. We have turned down a steady stream of requests to export two- and three-month-old puppies to the United States, because the only way to do it would be to falsify the file. That goes against the principles we work by.

When we get it wrong, we publish it.

A poodle named Moon was refused boarding in Da Nang because she had no Thai import permit yet. Thailand allows the permit to be issued on arrival, but the airline would not carry her without it, and we had not checked that airline’s own policy. We covered the replacement airfare in full and changed the standing procedure. Read the full account →
